Refund or Cancellation Policy

Orders that are cancelled either via email or telephone are subject to a cancellation fee.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.
Of coures if you have telephoned your order all terms would have been disgust at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Policy

All orders will be delivered the once ,if no one in and safe to do so the flowers would be left in a secure place or signed for by a neighbour and a call card left as to where the flowers have been left.
If in doubt the flowers would be returned and a call card left asking the recipient to telephone me on return to re arrange delivery or collection.

Please place your delivery at least one day in advance to guarantee your required delivery date. The flowers will go on the date you requested and although there is no guaranteed delivery time, you can request AM or PM.

FUNERAL AND WEDDING ORDERS TAKE PRIORITY THESE WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED ON TIMES REQUESTED.

When placing your order you will receive a email or telephone call confirming all the details.
